Send and Receiving Faxes - To Your Department Public Folder

RingCentral has the capability to receive faxes for your department.
  1. Communicate to the sender your department fax number from the list below.
  2. Once the fax is received, it will show up in Outlook under Folders>All Public Folders><Department Name>Faxes
  3. From there you can forward to specific individuals or groups as an e-mail.
