Public Folder Access
Access Public Folders in Webmail:
1: Once logged into webmail you will want to right click on “Favorites” and select “Add public folder
to Favorites”
2: It will Bring up a list of all public folders
3: Select the Folder you want to add to favorites ( It will
not include any subfolders)
4: Select “Add to
Favorites” at the top
5: The Folder will now be available under Favorites in Webmail
Access Public Folders in Outlook:
1: Click the "More Apps" icon in the left sidebar, then click "Folders"
2: "Public Folders" will now show up at the bottom left list of folders.
