Presentation Folder - For Council Meetings
Adding or Moving files to the "Presentation Files" folder for Council Meetings
If you need to copy a file to be used at a meeting in the Council Chambers on the laptop hooked up to the projector preform the following steps.
Right click the file you intend to use, select "Copy"
Open File Explorer, this can be accomplished quickly by pressing the "Windows Key" + "E" at the same time.
In the address bar at the top type in "\\SRV-FS01\Presentation Files", minus the quotes and press enter
Find the folder inside of the "Presentation Files" folder you wish to copy to, open it, right click and select paste.
Your file is now copied
Viewing the file on the Council Presentation Laptop:
On the Presentation laptop there is a shortcut to the "Presentation Files" located on the desktop. The location can also be found by opening File Explorer and browsing to the P: drive.
