Send or Receive Large Files

If you need to send or receive a large file that exceeds the limits of the e-mail system (25MB), us the following service.

Sending a Large File:
  1. Browse to https://orangecityfl.wetransfer.com
  2. Click "Log In" at the top right of the screen, login with username "filetransfers@orangecityfl.gov" and password "SendFiles205$"
  3. Click "I agree" if prompted
  4. Click "Add files" or "Add folders" at the top and attach your file(s)/folder.
  5. Type in the recipients e-mail address in "Email to"
  6. You may add a "Title", change the retention from "Keep forever" or click the "..." menu for additional options.
  7. Click "Transfer" and your recipient will receive an e-mail with the download link in a few moments.
Receiving a Large File(s)
Receiving a File: (e-mail the below instructions to your sender)

  1. Browse to - https://orangecityfl.wetransfer.com
  2. Click "I agree"
  3. Click "Add File(s)" or "Select a Folder" and attached your files(s) or folder
  4. Complete your e-mail address in the "Your email" field.
  5. Click "Transfer" - you will receive a verification code to your e-mail address, copy and paste this into the "Enter verification code" box, then click "Verify and send"
  6. Once the transfer is complete. Check your e-mail and forward the message containing the link to your Orange City contact.
