Call Flipping - Transfer Calls from One Device to Another

While on a call on your desk phone, you have the ability to seamlessly flip the call to your mobile device.

First, you must have the RingCentral App installed on your Android or iOS device. You must then login using the "Single Sign-on" option in the app. Use your full @orangecityfl.gov e-mail address and your normal network password.

Flip call from Desk Phone to Mobile App
Once logged into the app. while on a active desk phone call:
  1. Open the RingCentral app on your mobile device.
  2. Press the "Phone" icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Press "Switch call to this device" near the top, then press "Switch" if prompted.
  4. The call is now live on your mobile device.
Flip call from Mobile App to Desk Phone
While on a call using your RingCentral mobile app:
  1. Press the "Keypad" icon in your apps live call screen
  2. Press *1
  3. Your desk phone will ring, answer it
  4. Press the disconnect/hang-up icon ony our Ring Central app.
  5. The call is now live on your desk phone.
