Sync E-mail to Mobile Device
iOS - iPhone/iPad:
- Select Settings> Mail> Accounts> Add Account and press "Microsoft Exchange"
- Enter your e-mail address ending in the domain of @ci.orange-city.fl.us (ex. jsmith@ci.orange-city.fl.us)
- Change description to "Orange City" and select next
- Press "Sign In"
- Enter your password and select next
- Select Save twice.
Android:
- Go to Settings>Accounts and backup>Accounts
- Select "Add Account"
- Select "Email"
- Select "Exchange"
- Enter your e-mail address ending in the domain of @ci.orange-city.fl.us. (ex. jsmith@ci.orange-city.fl.us)
- Enter your password.
- When "Apply security settings?" comes up, select "Apply"
- On the next screen, adjust any settings. It is recommended to leave all default but change "Email sync period" to "1 month"
- Select "Done"
- Select "Activate"
- Change the Account Name to "Orange City"
- Select "Done"
