Programming RingCentral Poly Phone Buttons

You have the ability to program the buttons on your phone for various functions:
  1. Browse to - https://service.ringcentral.com/
  2. Login if prompted using "Single Sign-on" with your full @orangecityfl.gov and regular network password.
  3. Click "Settings" at the top, then "Devices & Numbers"
  4. Click "Presence" which is located to the top right of your assigned phone, in the middle of the screen.
  5. On the "Presence" screen you will see buttons that can be programmed, do not modify button 1 and 2 as they are your incoming and outgoing lines
  6. Click the three-dot menu on the far right under "Actions" to add items such as "Extension" or "Speed Dial"
  7. After making changes and saving You can click "Preview on my phones" to view the layout relative to your assigned phone.
Making modifications and saving changes to button assignments will require a reboot of your phone
