Password Information and Resets
What are the password requirements for my user account:
Passwords must contain the following and are limited to the restrictions below:
Must contain three of the four items: Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerical, non-alphanumeric characters. (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)
Must be at least 10 characters.
Cannot contain full name or complete username.
Cannot reuse the last 10 passwords.
Standard users will be forced to change password every 90 days.
Users enrolled in DUO 2FA will not require a regular password change. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please alert I.T.
Five attempts with a bad password will force the account to lock and will need to be manually unlocked by I.T. This is to prevent brute-force attacks.
