Password Information and Resets

What are the password requirements for my user account:

Passwords must contain the following and are limited to the restrictions below:

• Must contain three of the four items: Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerical, non-alphanumeric characters. (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)

• Must be at least 12 characters.

• Cannot contain full name or complete username.

• Cannot reuse the last 10 passwords.
  
  Due to changes in security recommendations - Users are not required to regularly change their password as in past practices - If you suspect your account has been compromised, please alert Information Technology.

Five attempts with a bad password will force the account to lock and will need to be manually unlocked by I.T. This is to prevent brute-force attacks.
